Reconstruction of the 110 kV outdoor switchyard at Kresna 110/20 kV substation

WORK PERFORMED:

• Reconstruction of the 110 kV outdoor switchyard (conversion of the 110 kV switchyard to a full “H” scheme), in accordance with Annex No. 1.1 – “Single-line diagram of the 110 kV switchyard after reconstruction”;

• Reconstruction of the existing 110 kV outgoing lines – “Granit” to Simitli substation and “Orbel” to Sandanski substation;

• Reconstruction of the two existing 110 kV transformer bays;

• Replacement of all existing equipment – disconnectors, circuit breakers, instrument transformers, etc. – with new units;

• Construction of steel gantry structures, equipment supports, tubular busbars, cable trenches and site grading;

• Construction of internal roads and access roads;

• Construction of oil-collecting drainage and an oil-collecting pit;

• Secondary wiring, earthing and lightning-protection installations;

• Installation of working, emergency and security lighting.
